Lucid Dreaming for Parents

If you are a parent of a baby or wakeful young children, night time wakes could actually be your golden ticket to experiencing lucidity. This workshop will teach you how to have a lucid dream and the benefits of lucid dreaming to support your wellbeing, relationships, career, and sleep deprivation. You’ll leave with techniques, approaches and ideas to practise at home.

How to Lucid Dream Workshop
