Under the guidance of the UK’s leading lucid dreaming expert, Charlie Morley, I’ve been practising mindfulness of dreams of sleep, lucid dreaming and shadow work for the last ten years. I run lucid dreaming workshops, supporting you to find lucidity and guiding you in ways to harness your untapped potential. Introduction to Lucid Dreaming (Online)

A series of live Zoom workshops that teaches you about lucid dreaming and mindfulness of dreams and sleep using tried and tested approaches. Discover the benefits of harnessing the different sleep states to support your wellbeing and health, and to support creativity, your career and relationships. At the end you will have a series of approaches that you can practise at home and use for life.

The Royal Road to Dreams (Online)

13 & 20 July, 3, 10 & 17 Aug 2022 Over 6 weeks / 6.30pm – 8.30pm

This series offers a safe and creative space to harness and explore your nocturnal world using poetry, writing exercises and journaling, to help you to discover new insights, deepen your connection with your unconscious mind, and to understand yourself better. Notice what your dreams are signalling to you and learn to embrace and explore anxiety dreams or nightmares. Each week we will focus on a different function of sleep and dreams.

Lucid Dreaming Circle/Forum (Online)

DATE TBC; 6.30pm – 8pm

Max 10 people to ensure everyone has time to share.

Perfect for bouncing off ideas, sharing any obstacles or curiosity around your lucid dreaming practise. For beginners upwards. Ideal for those who have done my 5-week course and for any other folks who have a little understanding about lucid dreaming. Pick up new tips and ideas and learn from others’ sharings too. (The plan is to hold these monthly.)

Learn how to use dreams and lucid dreams to tap into your creativity and overcome creative blocks. Find inspiration and ideas for your creative projects, and take part in hypnosis approaches to induce lucidity. Plus, discover the other benefits of harnessing the different sleep states to support your life. At the end you will have a series of approaches that you can practise at home and use to inspire your work and wellbeing.

Lucid Dreaming for Tired Parents

Lucid dreaming can be an incredibly supportive tool during those first few hazy sleepless years of parenthood. I will teach you how to use any night wakes to your benefit! Because believe it or not, those with wakeful children or babies could actually be your golden ticket to lucidity. Once lucid, there are a whole host of things you can do to support your wellbeing.
