Under the guidance of the UK’s leading lucid dreaming expert, Charlie Morley, I’ve been practising mindfulness of dreams of sleep, lucid dreaming and shadow work for the last ten years. I run lucid dreaming workshops, supporting you to find lucidity and guiding you in ways to harness your untapped potential. A series of live Zoom workshops that teaches you about lucid dreaming and mindfulness of dreams and sleep using tried and tested approaches, writing for wellbeing exercises and hypnosis. At the end you will have a series of approaches that you can practise at home and use for life.

October is Dream Awareness Month! As a fellow sleep deprived Mum, I found lucid dreaming incredibly supportive during those first few hazy sleepless years. I will teach you how to use any night wakes to your benefit! Because believe it or not, those with wakeful children or babies could actually be your golden ticket to lucidity. Once lucid, there are a whole host of things you can do to support your wellbeing.
