Hypnosis is one of the most natural, self-healing gifts known to mankind. Useful for changing unhelpful patterns or behaviour. I use hypnosis with positive suggestions and guided imagery to help with a variety of issues. After an initial session to scope out your goals, we’ll discuss your assessment and treatment plan.
Either working on a 1:1 basis or within a workshop setting, learn how to use your dreams for self-growth. I teach ways to use lucid dreaming, and different sleep states, to support and improve your wellbeing. The lucid state is a really refined and powerful state of self-hypnosis – one that you can harness while you sleep!
For those who love to write, or simply for anyone who feels drawn to journaling or creative writing for self-growth, I host writing therapy workshops – tools that can be practised at home independently, or alongside therapy. Using various forms, and often working with dreams or self-hypnosis as a way to tune in and use the page to heal.

What’s behind the name? The moon is a symbol that represents our emotions, dreams and the unconscious mind. However, what we experience on the surface doesn’t always reflect what’s going on underneath, the vast depths of our potential.
I’m interested in using creative approaches to make friends with the subconscious mind; to help you to heal, transform or find the inspiration you’re looking for.
I use a combination of clinical hypnotherapy, dream work and writing therapy – you may be drawn to one or all of these approaches. Each one offers a highly-effective way of working with the subconscious to tap into your potential.
